Exemption |
| The second of three forms that we
require all members to sign and submit. Understandably, we
cannot be held responsible for actions of members of this club. We can
terminate membership if the situation warrants, but all members understand
that their own personal safety is the primary concern and each is

Medical
Statement |
| The third and final form required of
all members. We need to have an idea what your state of health is and
you need to know that we are not physicians and that, ultimately, your
physical and mental condition, thus your preparedness to dive, are your
responsibility. The DRDC Medical Statement is available

Membership
Fees |

Using
over a dozen dive clubs across the country as a reference point, we have
settled upon the following classes of membership with the appropriate dues:
Individual: $30/year
Couple: $45/year
Family: $55/year
We
have also established the following prorated schedule of dues:
Jan-Mar: -$0 Apr-Jun:
subtract $10 Jul-Sep:
subtract $20
Oct-Dec: subtract $25 |
